It’s one of the currencies in this game, but unlike others, it’s tied to temporary events. In other words, it can only be earned during these activities and used in the event’s own shops. This is not a currency with an expiration date: once you earn it, it remains in your inventory even if the activity it’s tied to ends. Currently, it’s mainly linked to two event types: Lucky Spin and Prize Paths.
What are Lucky Coins Used For?
This currency is used in the special shop of the event it’s tied to. You can buy everything in this store (outfits, skins, crates, etc.) with Lucky Coins. Store contents become inaccessible when the event ends, but as mentioned above, Lucky Coins do not have an expiration date. So, as long as you have them in your inventory, you can use this currency in any event’s store.
How to Get Lucky Coins?
How you can obtain this currency varies depending on the event it’s associated with. There isn’t one fixed method to add Lucky Coins to your inventory. However, we can say that there are basically two ways to obtain them:
By “Spinning”
In Lucky Spin events, each spin has a chance to win this currency. However, it’s important to emphasize that this is only a chance. Spins in this activity may also result in other items specific to that event (for example, outfits).
In any case, you need to spend UC to spin. Your first spin each day is discounted and can cost as little as 10 UC. If you do 10 spins at once, you’ll get another discount and pay 360 UC. Actually, it’s better if a spin results in one of the other items instead of Lucky Coins, because you would have bought that item from the event shop with this currency anyway.
Progressing through the Prize Path
In this event, you earn Lucky Coins by advancing through a progression called the “prize path” and reaching certain stages. Unlike Spins, whether you win isn’t based on chance: you see in advance how many Lucky Coins you can earn at each stage.
For example, in the prize path event that was active when we prepared this guide, you could earn 30 Lucky Coins (among other rewards) just by completing level 1 progression.
There are multiple ways to progress through the prize path:
Doing Lucky Spins: Each prize path event has its own lucky spin activity. As you do spins in this activity, your progression level increases.
Completing missions: This event features different missions such as activities, challenges, extras, and collaborations. As you complete them, you earn prize path points, which you can use to increase your progression level.
Using UC: You can instantly complete a progression level with prices starting from 500 UC.
Our recommendation is not to be wasteful when spending the Lucky Coins you earn. Even if you don’t like the rewards of an event, participate in it, collect Lucky Coins by completing tasks & spins, and store them: in the next event you like, you can directly buy the items you like.
