All Sects in Where Winds Meet and How to Join them

Sects in Where Winds Meet are among the major decisions that you will have to make along your adventures. Each Sect stands for a different idea, a different way of fighting, and a different lifestyle, affecting not only your battles but also your relations with the world and other players. Although becoming a member of a Sect opens up the possibility of using strong Martial Arts, getting unique items, and accessing social features, it is not necessary. This guide breaks down all the eleven sects in Where Winds Meet, and ways to join them.
How Sects Work in Where Winds Meet
There are several Sects found in the Jianghu area, and each one is based on a different unique Martial Art discipline. By joining a Sect, you get access to its exclusive Martial Art, a corresponding weapon, a dedicated Sect Shop, special titles, and cosmetic rewards. As a follower, you are obliged to respect the rules of your Sect and take part in the trials to increase your level and get more privileges.
In order to join a Sect, you have to find its Elder by following the hints around the open-world. The Elder will tell you the requirements for entry. If your previous deeds are already in line with the Sect’s principles, you might be allowed to skip some trials and join at once. At the time of entry, you get a welcome gift that consists of the Sect’s Martial Art and weapon. You are allowed to be without a sect, change your loyalties whenever you want, and even go back to a Sect that you have already left.
