In the latest update of Blue Archive, you find yourself in a situation of dilemma as you approach the Shanhaijing Academy. You soon find out that the students are quarrelling with each other on silly topics. As part of the “Dragon & Tortoise: Collaborating Towards a Brighter Tomorrow” update, the storyline incorporates the 2 new characters Rumi and Mina and their silly adventurers. Addition of these 2 new strikers boasts Blue Archive’s ever-growing roster of characters.  

Blue Archive: New Character Rumi

Rumi is a 3-Star character that is classified as a Striker in-game. She is slated to be used in the frontline. Her introduction reads as follows – “Rumi is the president of Xuanwu Merchant Association of the Gourmet District. She seems to be an enemy of the student council of Xuanlong Office, which is wary of the growth of its own power. Normal Skill – Deals 226% of ATK as DMG to enemies within a fan-shaped area every 30 sec.

Sub Skill – Continuously recovers 1.7% of HEAL as HP for allies recovering with Rumi’s EX-Skill (60 sec).

EX Skill – Deliver Fried Rice to 1 ally other than the user for recovery. If there are nearby allies, the Fried Rice bounces to give additional recovery (Max 4 allies).

First, Fourth Target: Recovers 117% of HEAL as HP.

Second, Third Target: Recovers 82.2% of HEAL as HP.

Passive Skill – Increases NORMAL ATTACK RANGE by 100 and HEAL by 11.2%.

Blue Archive: New Character Mina

Mina is a 3-Star character that is classified as a Striker in-game. She is slated to be used in the midline section. Her introduction reads as follows – “Mina is the executive director of the student council “Xuanlong Office” and the bodyguard of the student council president. She is a fanatic of old noir movies and has a yearning for the cool situations and lines in the movies, and often gets hurt when she tries to say the lines…”

5+ Debuffs: Deals 891% of ATK as DMG.

Sub Skill – Increases ATK, EVA and ACC by 18.8% when using EX-Skill (20 sec).

EX Skill – Deals 312% of ATK as DMG to 1 enemy. Also decreases 15.9% of ATK (50 sec).

Passive Skill – Increases EVA by 14%.

Upon your quest of a captivating culinary adventure, stumbling upon the coveted Shanhaijing Academy is lucky by chance! You discover that the growing conflict between the Black Tortoise Promenade and Genryumon culinary clubs is in full swing. Before the dispute permanently splits the clubs, players have the chance to work together and put an end to their rivalry. In exchange, they will receive a Card Bundle, which opens up new furniture options like a Luxurious Chinese Chair and a Chinese Hot Food Display.

To increase the excitement, three new T8 gears have been added, and the 23rd Chapter of the main content Missions, along with related Missions, are now available. Additionally, until Monday, dated December 18, players can enjoy the Double Rewards Campaign, which allows them to earn double rewards by completing Bounty, Commission, and Lesson content.
