Idle Heroes, the premier Idle RPG developed and published by DHGames is making all the noise this week, as they have dropped the first update for the month of September 2023. Idle Heroes is available as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. The new update and its contents can already be seen live in-game as the patch was concluded on 8th September 2023.

Therapist of Blood Betty – New Hero

Therapist of Blood Betty is a new Transcendence elemental 5-Star hero that is classified as a Mage in-game. Players will be able to summon her using their Heroic Summoning scrolls! If players manage to summon a 5-Star hero, Betty will have a higher chance of being summoned. The event will be live in another update in the coming week. Take a look at the active and passive abilities of the new hero Therapist of Blood Betty:

Scarlet Therapy (Active Skill)

Deals Attack damage to back-line enemies. Afterward, releases [Hemotherapy] on survived enemies in order from highest to lowest, based on their Attack. If [Hemotherapy) is repeatedly released in the duration of an active skill, its effect changes gradually. [Hemotherapy]: Deals Attack damage to the target (reduces by certain percentage for each repeated release); and inflicts damage equal to a certain percentage of their Max. HP (increases by certain percentage for each repeated release), caps of

Therapist of Blood – Betty’s Attack, with a chance to [Blood Binding – Twine] the target for several rounds (reduces the chance by certain percentage for each repeated release).

[Blood Binding – Twine]: Control effect: Twine. Targets with Blood Binding are unable to release their basic attacks, extra attacks, or counterattacks. At the end of each round, the inflictor [Bleeds] the target, dealing Attack damage for several rounds.

Bloodletting Ritual (Passive Skill)

Changes the basic attack to: Deals Attack damage to front-line enemies, reduces their Control Immunity for several rounds, and [Bleeds] them, dealing Attack damage for several rounds.

Superfluous Oblation (Passive Skill)

When self has more than certain Energy, triggers [Scarlet Therapy] without consuming any Energy, dealing damage equal to a certain percentage of its original damage, there is a cap to times this effect can be triggered each round.

Triggered [Scarlet Therapy] is considered as a passive skill, and its skill level is the same as [Superfluous Oblation]. At the beginning of each battle or when self is in the battle as a substitute, [Superfluous Oblation] cannot be triggered.

Doomed Death (Passive Skill)

Restores self Energy and increases self All-damage Reduction for several rounds for every 1 [Twined] enemy. At the end of each round, deals damage equal to a certain percentage of the target’s lost HP to each [Twined] enemy (caps at Therapist of Blood – Betty’s Attack).

Additionally, reduces the rest of enemies’ Control Immunity for several rounds.

Core of Origin Skill

When self releases [Scarlet Therapy] or triggers [Scarlet Therapy], deals Attack damage to all [Blood Binding- Twined] enemies and reduces their Energy, with a

chance to reduce extra Energy.

Deals Attack damage to the rest of enemies, with a chance to [Blood Binding – Twine] them for several rounds.

5-Star Hero Double Odds Event

This is the premier summoning event in Idle Heroes. This event can be seen every time a new hero is released in-game. Players will get 1 point per Heroic summoning scroll used. Rewards can be claimed according to the total number of points reached. Here are the general rules regarding the event:

• For every 100 failed attempts at summoning Therapist of Blood at Heroic Summoning raises the odds of obtaining Betty.
• The previous 499 failed attempts at summoning Therapist of Blood at Heroic Summon ensure you the success in the 500th attempt.
• The progress will be erased once Betty is summoned before or after the 500th summon.
• The entire process can be repeated for up to a maximum of 4 rounds.

Here are the odds:

• For 1-100 Heroic Summons – Base Probability
• For 101-200 Heroic Summons – Base Probability x 2
• For 201-300 Heroic Summons – Base Probability x 3
• For 301-400 Heroic Summons – Base Probability x 4
• For 401-499 Heroic Summons – Base Probability x 5
• 500th Heroic Summon – Guaranteed Therapist of Blood

Flash Exchange Event

Players can get Jahra for 3000 Soul Shards, and Elena for 6000 Soul Shards. Keep in mind that both of these heroes are only purchasable 1 time.

Summon Prizes Event

Players can receive tons of rewards for doing their summons with this event. Running hand-in-hand with the 5-Star Double Odds Event, the Summon Prizes event also provides you points according to the number of summons you make. Players can claim their rewards from their in-game mailbox after completing a milestone in the event.

The milestones and the rewards for them are as follows –

• Obtain 50 points – Prophet Orb x 3 + Heroic Summon Scroll x 10
• Obtain 100 points – Prophet Orb x 3 + Heroic Summon Scroll x 10
• Obtain 200 points – Prophet Orb x 4 + Heroic Summon Scroll x 10 + 5-Star Penny Fragments x 50
• Obtain 300 points – Prophet Orb x 5 + Soul Symbol x 5 + Core of Transcendence x 1
• Obtain 400 points – 5-Star Therapist of Blood Betty Fragments x 50
• Obtain 500 points – Glorious Relic x 15 + Core of Transcendence x 1

Betty’s Invitation Event

The Betty’s Invitation Event is a great event that will provide you with Ritual Blood bottles, the event currency for the Betty series of events. Players can use these bottles to redeem items in the Star Store. Alternatively, players can also use 25 of these Ritual Blood Bottles to get Transcendence’s Blessings. The latter item can be used to summon heroes. Post event completion, any unused Ritual Blood Bottles will be converted into Gold and sent to the player’s in-game mailbox.

Here are the quests along with the rewards presented in the event:

• Consume 10 Heroic Summon Scrolls – Ritual Blood Bottle x 1 (Total Available: 200)
• Obtain 50 VIP EXP – Ritual Blood Bottle x 1 (Total Available: 800)
• Obtain a 5-Star Hero – Ritual Blood Bottle x 1 (Total Available: 50)
• Awaken 1 Hero’s Souls – Ritual Blood Bottle x 2 (Total Available: 50)

Transcendence Fight Event

The Transcendence Fight event is the 2nd event in the Betty series of events. Players simply need to complete the assigned quests given in the description to redeem rewards. This event is quite tough to complete if you have not planned beforehand and saved a ton of Heroic Summoning scrolls.

Here are the quests and the rewards in the event:

• Complete a battle with Therapist of Blood Betty and Doom Terminator Vulcan involved – Elite 5-Star Hero Shard x 50
• Complete a battle with Therapist of Blood Betty and Phantom Defier Elena involved – Elite 5-Star Hero Shard x 50
• Complete a battle with Therapist of Blood Betty and Hyperspace Hunter Aylamak involved – Elite 5-Star Dark Hero Shard x 50
• Complete a battle with Therapist of Blood Betty and Mutated Fungus Geester involved – Elite 5-Star Light Hero Shard x 50
• Complete a battle with Therapist of Blood Betty and Doppleganger Natalia involved – Core of Transcendence x 5
• Deploy Therapist of Blood Betty to complete 10 battles – Eminent Hero Selection Chest x 1
• Complete a battle with all listed Transcendence heroes in the event involved – Glorious Relic x 100
