EasyControl is a smart thermostat app that feels practical instead of flashy. It pairs with the CT200 and works with a bunch of heaters from brands like Bosch, Worcester, Junkers, Nefit, and elm Leblanc. The big thing is zones. Up to 20 rooms can get their own schedule and temperature, so the spare room is not heating all day while the kitchen is. For proper room by room control it does want the matching smart radiator thermostats, which makes sense. There is also a demo mode, so someone can poke around the menus without owning the hardware or even being online, which is handy to see how it is laid out.
The app itself is clear and calm. Screens are simple, presets are already filled in, and changing times or temps is quick. Vacation mode asks for a start and end date and that is it. There are options for things like a national holiday or a random day at home. Energy usage shows up as easy charts, and the control talks smartly to the boiler so it can lower water temperatures based on weather and demand. It can manage hot water too, not just heating, which a lot of apps skip. Running it on a PC with BlueStacks makes setup smoother when there are many rooms to name and schedules to type, and clicking around with a mouse feels natural. The hardware install needs a simple two wire link to the appliance, then the rest runs over Wi Fi.
