Hilvi the Rime-called is a Legendary champion whose value is heavily amplified when paired with Tormin the Cold. Even on her own, she brings an unusual mix of Freeze-based control, buff stripping, revival, and turn meter manipulation. When combined with Tormin, however, her kit enables oppressive control loops that can dominate Arena fights and wave-based PvE content.
