RAID: Shadow Legends Ezio Auditore Poison Team Guide – Fast Dungeon Clear Build

Ezio Auditore is one of the most interesting crossover Champions in RAID: Shadow Legends because his kit does more than just hit hard. He can place Poisons, apply Poison Sensitivity, steal buffs, ignore defenses, and instantly activate Poison debuffs when enemies are properly set up. This makes him a strong option for fast dungeon clears, especially in wave-based content and Dragon teams.
In this guide, we’ll explain how Assassin’s Creed’s Ezio’s Poison build works, what stats and teammates he needs, and how to set up a fast dungeon team around his Da Vinci’s Design skill.
Why Ezio Works for Fast Dungeon Clears
Ezio’s main dungeon value comes from Da Vinci’s Design, his A2. This AoE attack places two 5% Poison debuffs and Poison Sensitivity on all enemies. More importantly, it instantly activates Poison debuffs on enemies that are under four or more debuffs.
This means Ezio does not need to slowly wait for Poison ticks. With the right setup, your Poison champions load the enemy team with debuffs, then Ezio detonates everything at once. This is why he can clear dungeon waves extremely quickly when paired with strong AoE Poison champions.

His Full Synchronization passive also gives him Perfect Veil at the start of every round, which makes his debuffs impossible to resist while the buff is active. This is a huge advantage because it reduces the pressure of building extreme Accuracy, especially during wave clears.
Best Stats for Ezio Poison Teams
For a fast dungeon build, Ezio should be fast enough to act after your Poison setup champions, but before enemies get a chance to move. He also needs enough damage to contribute outside of Poison detonations.
The most important stats are:
- Speed
- Accuracy
- Attack
- Critical Rate
- Critical Damage
Accuracy is still useful because Veil can fall off in longer fights, but his passive gives him a lot of consistency at the start of each round. If you are building him mainly for dungeons, aim for enough Accuracy to land debuffs in your target stage, then push Speed and damage.

For gear sets, Perception, Feral, Speed, Reflex, Relentless, Savage, Lethal, and Merciless can all work depending on your account. Perception is one of the easiest choices because it gives both Accuracy and Speed, while damage sets help Ezio finish enemies when Poison detonations do not fully clear the wave.
Core Team Setup for Fast Clears
A strong Ezio dungeon team usually needs four roles. First, you need Ezio as the Poison detonator. Second, you need one or more Poison champions to stack debuffs before Ezio moves. Third, you need cooldown reset champions to let Ezio use his A2 again on later waves. Finally, you need support or safety for bosses, especially in Dragon Hard.
A sample fast-clear core can look like this:
- Ezio Auditore
- Kalvalax or another AoE Poison champion
- Xenomorph, Tomb Lord, Venomage, Stokk the Broken, or Mithrala
- Renegade or another cooldown reset champion
- Donatello or another reset/support option

The goal is simple. Your Poison champions place debuffs first. Then Ezio uses Da Vinci’s Design to detonate them. After that, reset champions reduce cooldowns so Ezio can repeat the process on the next wave or boss phase.
Dragon Hard Team Strategy
Dragon is one of Ezio’s best dungeon targets because Poison is already strong against the boss, and his A2 speeds up both waves and boss damage. On the waves, the team stacks Poisons and lets Ezio detonate them for quick clears. On the Dragon, Poison champions keep debuffs active while Ezio cycles back to his A2 for big bursts of damage.
A strong run depends on turn order. Your Poison setup should happen before Ezio moves. Your reset champions should save their cooldown reset skills for the correct rounds. Ezio should prioritize Da Vinci’s Design in every round where you need the Poison explosion.

For survivability, bring a healer, cleanser, Strengthen champion, revive option, or passive safety champion if your team is not tanky enough. Ezio can avoid some large hits through his passive, but you should not rely on that alone for consistent farming.
Doom Tower Wave Clear Strategy
Ezio is also excellent for Doom Tower waves because many enemy floors can be cleared before they act. A simple Doom Tower wave team can use Kalvalax to place Poisons passively, Ezio to detonate them, and reset champions like Renegade to bring the combo back for the next wave.
This works best against standard waves without heavy revive, Unkillable, Block Damage, or cleanse mechanics. If a wave has enemies that survive the first detonation, use your fifth team slot for a backup AoE damage dealer, block revive option, or control champion.
The cleanest version of the team is all about speed and consistency. Poison setup first, Ezio A2 second, reset third, repeat.
Recommended AI Presets
AI setup matters a lot for this team. Without presets, your champions may waste key abilities and slow the run down.
For Ezio, set Da Vinci’s Design as the priority skill on every wave and boss round. For Poison champions, force them to use their Poison setup skills before Ezio acts. For reset champions like Renegade, disable unnecessary skills and make sure their cooldown reset is used only when needed.
A basic structure would be:
- Round 1: Poison setup, then Ezio A2
- Round 2: Reset, Poison setup, then Ezio A2
- Round 3: Reset again if available, Poison setup, then Ezio A2
This setup keeps the team from breaking its rhythm and makes runs much faster.
Best Blessings and Relics for Ezio
For dungeon content, Brimstone is one of the safest Blessings, especially for newer accounts. It adds strong boss damage and helps overall PvE progression. Nature’s Wrath is also useful because Ezio applies debuffs quickly and can gain extra damage from it.
Lethal Dose is more PvP-focused, but it can still fit Poison-themed builds depending on your overall use for Ezio. For relics, Arachnelixir is one of his strongest Poison-focused options because it enhances his Poison damage potential. Irethi Coronet and other damage-focused relics can work if you do not have his best options.
Best Replacement Champions
If you do not have the exact champions shown in fast-clear teams, focus on replacing roles instead of names.
For Poison setup, use champions who can apply multiple Poisons quickly. Kalvalax is excellent, but Tomb Lord, Venomage, Stokk the Broken, Mithrala, and other AoE Poison champions can help.

For reset support, Renegade is one of the most accessible options. Other cooldown reset champions can work as long as they let Ezio reuse Da Vinci’s Design quickly.
For safety, use healers, cleansers, revivers, or defensive buffers. The faster your team gets, the less support you may need, but early setups should prioritize consistency over perfect speed.
Ezio Auditore can become a powerful dungeon clear Champion in Raid: Shadow Legends when built around Poison setup and cooldown resets. His A2 lets him detonate Poisons instantly, turning stacked debuffs into fast wave clears and strong Dragon damage. With the right turn order, AI presets, and support champions, he can help create some of the smoothest Poison-based farming teams in the game.
For the best experience, play RAID: Shadow Legends on BlueStacks. The bigger screen and smoother controls make it easier to manage gear, set AI presets, and farm dungeons more comfortably during longer sessions.
