Loki is a Spirit affinity legendary grade champion from the Barbarians faction. Check out all of his active and passive abilities:

• Flames of Mischief (1st basic skill) – Attacks all enemies. Has a 30% chance of increasing the duration of all enemy debuffs by 1 turn. If this Champion is under a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff, the chance increases to 50%.
• Deceiver’s Gambit (2nd active skill) – Select a target. If the target is an enemy, it has a 75% chance of applying the [Block Active Skills] and [Block Buffs] debuffs for two turns. If the Champion utilizing this talent has a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff, it also applies a [Debuff Spread] effect, removing two random debuffs from the target and applying them to all foes. If the target is an ally or this Champion, they are healed by 50% of this Champion’s MAX HP and receive the [Perfect Veil] boost for two turns. If this Champion is under a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff, apply a [Buff Spread] effect that removes a random buff from the target and applies it to all allies.

• Bandit Flash (3rd active skill) – Has a 75% chance of stealing a target enemy’s perks and 100% of their turn meter. These effects cannot be avoided if this Champion is wearing a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff. If the target’s Turn Meter was not taken, fill all allies’ Turn Meters with 15% instead. Additionally, all allies receive a 50% [Increase ATK] bonus for two turns.
• Mist Step (4th passive skill) – At the start of each round and when Loki’s HP drops below 50%, he places a Perfect Veil on himself for 2 turns. Additionally, he gains up to a 30% chance to Evade incoming skills. If his HP is below 50%, he will Evade one hit every 4 turns, enhancing his survivability.
