Blade&Soul: Revolution release a flurry of events in Mischief Makers Update
The Mischief Makers update has hit the Blade&Soul: Revolution mobile servers, with the enthusiasts being privy to a host of new events and more! The new update has introduced events like the Candycloud Carnival, Twilight Harvest, Premier Path and Hongmoon Headway.
Located in the clouds above Jadestone village, the Candycloud Amusement Park returns, this time with more reward in the Candycloud Carnival event. The event will stay open till the 12th of May and players will have to obtain the ‘Candycloud on the Horizon’ quest from the Quest Journal to enter the event. Those that have already completed the aforementioned quest will be able to access and enter the Candycloud Park directly through the Jadestone Village.
Once the players enter, they will have to obtain the ‘Candycloud Calamity’ daily quest from the Event NPC, with the aforementioned quest doling out 20 Candycloud Taffy and one Starwheel Ticket as completion rewards. Players that complete the Daily Challenge 5 times will earn 20 additional Candycloud Taffy, with further Taffies to be earned as part of the Login Rewards.
Candycloud Taffy can be used as currency to claim rewards, with items like Starwheel Ticket, Joyous Firework, Happy Firework, Merry Firework, Transformation Stone Crystal, Legendary Element, Legendary Jewel, Enlightened Element, 10-Sacred Crystal Bundle, 10-Soulstone Crystal Bundle, 10-Elysian Crystal Bundle, 10-Moonstone Crystal Bundle, Rare Element and Hongmoon Quick XP Charm all costing a Candycloud Taffy each. Other rewards like Nocturnal Scale Fragment and Elder Scale Fragment cost 3 and 2 Taffy each while Grand Celestial Steel will incur a cost of 5 Candycloud Taffy. Silversteel Ore requires 60 Candycloud Taffy and is the costliest reward that can be claimed by exchanging the Taffy. Blood Rose and Fusion Stone require 15 Taffy each while Pet Pack and Sacred Vial cost 10 and 30 Candycloud Taffy respectively. Items like Pet Pack, Sacred Vial, Silversteel Ore, Blood Rose, Fusion Stone, Grand Celestial Steel and Starwheel Ticket have remittance limits attached to it while other items can be redeemed without limits.
Starwheel Tickets have use of their own, with the tickets redeemable at the Wheel of Fate in the Hogshead Hamlet for a random reward out of these 9 items – Candycloud Couture Selection Chest, Burnished Hongmoon Etching Stone, Fusion Stone, 20-Honing Oil Bundle, Evolved Stone, Sparkling Unity Pearl, Sacred Vial, Wonder Ascension Stone Chest and Wonder Radiance Stone Chest. The Candycloud Couture Selection Chest will equip players with the option of selecting either of a Candycloud Familiar Outfit Pouch or a Candycloud Outfit Selection Box as their reward. The Candycloud Familiar Outfit Pouch will contain one of these 10 items – Warrior Cat, Warrior Cat Hat, Chickitty, Katbuki, Katbuki Mask, Katbuki Ornament, Trekker Cat, Trekker Cat Hat, Viceroy Cat and Viceroy Cat Hat. The Candycloud Outfit Selection Box will give players the opportunity to select one of these six items as their reward – Untold Fury, Untold Fury Hair, Wild Boar, Wild Boar Hat, Admiral’s New Clothes Selection Chest and Admiral’s New Clothes Adornment Selection Chest.
Alternatively, players can transmute 5 Starwheel Tickets to any of these items – Katbuki, Katbuki Mask, Katbuki Ornament, Warrior Cat, Warrior Cat Hat, Viceroy Cat, Viceroy Cat Hat, Trekker Cat, Trekker Cat Hat and Chickitty.
Other events – Twilight Harvest Event, Premier Path Event and Hongmoon Headway
The Twilight Harvest event allows players to harvest the Lunar Twilight reward quicker. Players will gain additional rewards every time they complete the ‘Rage against the Longgui’ quest on weekends, with the amount of Lunar Twilight Flower reward set to be doubled. The Premier Path event equips players with the opportunity to transmute Special Hongmoon XP Charms to Premier Hongmoon XP Charms at the cost of 1 gold each. Both these events are set to be available till the 12th of May.
The Hongmoon Headway though, will end on the 20th of April, with the event allowing players to redeem a Small Honing Oil Chest for 0 Hongmoon Coins every day per account during the event. Players that redeem it on all 7 days will also be rewarded with a Sacred Vial and a Pet Pack.
Fortune Finder Cache
Along with the release of the Mischief Makers update, Blade & Soul have now witnessed the release of the Fortune Finder Cache on the in-game store and will be available till the 28th of April. While the Cache will not be available in all countries, it is set to cost 139 NCoins or Hongmoon Coins, with a limit of 20 redemptions per day if purchased via Hongmoon Coins.
Players that purchase a number of Caches at one time through NCoins will receive it at a discounted price, with the highest being a 100 Caches that allows savings of 25% on total NCoins spent.
Every Fortune Finder Cache will yield players a Warrior’s Upgrade Chest, Nocturnal Scale Fragment and 10 Fortune Finder Coins as guaranteed rewards. Furthermore, buyers will be privy to receive one random reward out of these items – Sacred Oil, Pet Pod, Ethereal Vial, Sacred Vial, Pet Pack, Silversteel Ore, Nocturnal Scale, Lunar Twilight Flower, Special Hongmoon XP Charm, Realmkeeper Fragment and Premium Transformation Stone.
Along with these rewards, players will also receive a random reward out of these items – Wonder Radiance Stone Chest, Wonder Ascension Stone Chest, Hongmoon Gilded Pentagonal Gem Selection Chest, Hongmoon Gilded Hexagonal Gem Selection Chest, Sparkling Radiance Stone Chest, Sparkling Ascension Stone Chest, Iron Wings, Sealed Divine Grace Stone, Sealed Silversteel Toolbox, Magnificent Reputation Charm, Sealed Hongmoon Master Scroll, Scarlet Conservatory Reset Chest and Dyad Gilded Pentagonal Gem Selection Chest.
A Warrior’s Upgrade Chest contains one random reward out of – Soulstone Crystal, Moonstone Crystal, Sacred Crystal and Elysian Crystal, another random item out of – Soulstone, Moonstone, Sacred Orb, Elysian Orb, Fabric, High Quality Fabric and Evolved Stone, along with another random item out of – Transformation Stone, Empyrean Spirit Stone, Masterwork Shield Base Bundle and Hongmoon Gem Powder.
Fortune Finder Chest and Fortune Finder Coins
Fortune Finder Chest can be purchased for 1 NCoin every day until the 28th of April with a maximum of one redemption allowed per day per account. The Chest will yield Rare Element, Imperial Soju, Raid Revival Charm, Quick Revival Charm and 3 Large Fortune Potions as guaranteed rewards. The Chest will also yield a random item out of – Legendary Element, Legendary Jewel, Brilliant Radiance Stone Chest, Instant Mass Revival Charm, Brilliant Ascension Stone Chest, 10-Soulstone Crystal Bundle, 10-Moonstone Crystal Bundle, 10-Sacred Crystal Bundle and 10-Elysian Crystal Bundle.
Furthermore, players will also receive one random reward out of – Pet Pack, Sacred Vial, Chromatic Thread, Bomb Squad, Bloodstone, Dungeon Treasures Selection Chest, Raid Treasures Selection Chest, Weekly Challenge Upgrade Selection Chest, Solar Energy, Special Hongmoon XP Charm, Superior Reputation Charm and Fortune FInder Cache.
Fortune Finder Coins can be redeemed for rewards ranging from Cosmetic, Equipment, Gems, Soul Shields, Reset Tables, Materials and Consumables at the Dragon Express till the 15th of June.
A new 3rd skill specialisation is now available in-game for the Summoner Class. Named the Way of Fantasy, players will be privy to it once they complete the ‘Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan’ quest. The Daily Challenge Rewards for completing 3 Daily Challenges has been increased from 10 Honing Oil to 20.
A Dungeon update has been added to Spectral Shrine, with Eva Nakari having greater Health Points in the Hard Difficulty.
A bunch of new items have been added to Blade & Soul with the Mischief Makers update. Starter Bundle II is now available in Store for players while the Exalted Ascension Stone Chest can now be transmuted. Stun effects on existing Ruby Gems have been erased while additional stats have been applied to the affected Gems. Previous Sacred Vial and Pet Pack exchanges were removed but are now available in the Weekly Wonder and Weekly Pet Chests for the same costs. Shared limits between the Exchange Tab and Premium Tab have been corrected.
A bunch of new chests are also available in the Dragon Express – Weekly Wonder Chest (Account Limit 2 per week), Weekly Pet Chest (Account Limit 2 per week), Weekly Etching Stone Chest (Character Limit 3 per week) and Weekly Splendor Stone Chest (Character Limit 3 per week).
