NetSupport Manager Client makes it easy for a NetSupport Manager Control user to connect to Android phones and tablets for real-time support. It’s built for teams that need quick, secure remote help without a lot of setup drama. Developed by NetSupport Ltd and listed under Tools, it’s the Android side of a proven remote control solution. Prefer working from a desktop? You can also install the Android client in BlueStacks for testing or lab setups.

How to Download and Run NetSupport Manager Client on PC or Mac

  • Download and install BlueStacks on your PC or Mac

  • Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

  • Look for NetSupport Manager Client in the search bar at the top right corner

  • Click to install NetSupport Manager Client from the search results

  • Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install NetSupport Manager Client

  • Click the NetSupport Manager Client icon on the home screen to start playing
