Queen Hel (Shepherd of Souls) – New Hero

Pacifier Mage Chandler is a Blue attribute Speed-type champion who specializes in attacking and debuffing enemies. His main usage is his taunt stances and his ability to seal ultimate bars with his Dragon Claw skill.  His passive Darkness allows him to decrease all enemies’ base stats by 7% for 1 turn if they use any skills in PvP.
